Switch configuration not done on reboot of the N9K switch

When I am trying to reboot the Primary VPC switch, the secondary switch is taking care of the Primary role and I am able to ping the instances.

But after the reboot the Primary Switch is not configured with allowed VLAN’s and hence VPC is going down on both the switches which in turn brings down the reachability of the Baremetal nodes.
