Bug Description

it would be great if cirros would respond to a shutdown signal.

if you create a cirros vm in libvirt and do a virsh shutdown nothing happens.

For reference, in ubuntu/debian the package that enables this is called acpid

It seems that busybox has an acpid that I should be able to use. Might have to add appropriate hook scripts.

I ran into this issue myself and decided to roll my own image. In the meantime I have a patch which should solve this issue and help out the maintainers.
