Direct static URL to latest version

Bug Description

On an automation script I'd like to download latest cirros.img from a static URL.
It would be helpful, I assume for others as well, if under:
http://download.cirros-cloud.net/

We'd have some pointers to the latest version
http://download.cirros-cloud.net/latest/
      cirros-arm-uec.tar.gz
      cirros-i386-disk.img

Or have the links above, redirect to the latest files
...
      cirros-0.x.y-i386-disk.img
