Bug Description
For testing changes to cirros its nice to be able to download the things you need and work with them rather than building buildroot.
Currently we make the buildroot_rootfs output available, but do not make the kernel and grub downloads very easily available.

Attaching a script that does the downloading that is needed to later run 'bin/bundle'.
This points out that some of these things are less than ideal:
a.) have to re-download kernel debs and repack locally. we should probably make the kernel-arch.tar.gz available on download.
b.) have to know size for the disk image for that arch
c.) have to know which grub format to download (efi or ieee)
the grub tarballs ideally would also be available on download.
d.) had to know odd path to buildroot and version and such
e.) have to know grub ver and kernel ver
