bonding module is missed on cirros-0.3.4-x86_64-disk.img

Bug Description

In OpenStack Ironic we've developing support of portgroups.
On Ironic CI we emulating HW servers by VMs. OVS has lacp support so we would like to test portgroups at the CI also. But unfortunately cirros doesn't have 'bonding' module in the image.

Is it possible to add bonding support? Thanks in advance.

Hi, could you get a list of the modules you need?

How are you expecting to use the bonding? Would you provide scripts that configure it yourself?

For bonding we need only 'bonding' kernel module not sure that other modules are needed.
cloud-init already supports bond interfaces, we would like to use cloud-init to configure bonding on the system.

There are no other modules needed, only 'bonding' itself.

Another issue that we faced. Cirros 'cloud-apply' scripts doesn't work with bonding.
