Calendar Applet: Bug in week numbering

In 2015, there are two weeks with # 13!!

Same bug appears in addin applet "World Clock Calendar".

LinuxMint Rebecca (7.1) 64 bits. Cinnamon 2.4.6.

I add, I'm in french locals, with Monday as 1st day of week.

I'm on english locals and I see the problem too when the calendar is configured to "Show week numbers in calendar"

On my system, There are two week #10s between the February and March change over

I confirm the previous comment showing wrong weeks
Today 2015-02-27 Calendar shows me this week 13 and also next week 13.
If I move to the next month there continues the error: next week is 13 and 6.4 starting week 14 - also wrong.
My version:
Linux mint Cinnamon 64 bit
Cinnamon version 2.0.14
