Bug Description

If a CLI command fails to execute, the message in the log is an empty list.

Exception during message handling: cinder.exception.VolumeBackendAPIException: Bad or unexpected response from the storage volume backend API: _delete_volume_setting, stop_copy_session failed. Return code: 4, Error: E0110, Message: [].
