HPE 3par: Few issues with new wsapi (of 2023)

Bug Description

In recent HPE 3par wsapi, observed issues with parameters like snapCPG, localSnapCPG, etc.
Due to this, few operations (eg. create volume, create remote copy group [RCG]) fail.
In order to work with new wsapi (of 2023), minor code changes required in 3par driver code.

HPE 3PAR: Few issues with new WSAPI (of 2023)
