Hitachi: ``hitachi_mirror_pool`` option does not work

Hitachi driver supports the option ``hitachi_mirror_pool`` in the patch https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/cinder/+/796170 which was merged into Antelope.

Even though the option is set a pool identifier(a number or a pool name) for a secondary storage, the pool identifier is used the value of the option ``hitachi_pool``.

The option ``hitachi_pool`` is set the pool identifier for a primary storage.
It has a huge risk to be used unexpected pool on secondary storage.

[workaround]
Use same pool number for both primary and secondary storage as the option ``hitachi_pool``

    Hitachi: Fix to use correct pool on secondary storage

    This patch fixes to use correct pool number for a secondary storage on
    GAD environment[*1].
    Even though the option ``hitachi_mirror_pool`` is to set pool number for
    secondary storage, the option does not work and a pool number for
    primary storage would be used on secondary storage.
    The bug should be fixed and delete the risk to be used unexpected pool
    number.

    was implied as the patch
