Bug Description
Cloning an encrypted volume using generic-NFS is failing due to a lack of code to enable this functionality. When attempting to clone a qcow2 volume, the backend creates a raw volume instead. Attempting to attach or boot from this raw volume results in the instance becoming inaccessible.
