cinder doesn't work for IBM 3700

Bug Description

cinder version:Pike
backend： IBM 3700 （software version:7.5）

A volume is creaeted successfully by cinder api, but when we want to delete it by cinder api, it failed.
And the related log is:

 stdout:
 stderr: CMMVC5709E [-removehostmappings] is not a supported parameter.

But the same operation works in IBM 5010(software version:7.8).
