Bug Description

The following two parameters of the Solidfire volume driver were removed during Train cycle by [1].

 - sf_allow_template_caching
 - sf_template_account_name

However these two parameters are still left in some places like unit tests.

    Solidfire: Clean up remaining usage of removed parameters

    The following two parameters of the Solidfire volume driver were
    already removed during Train cycle by [1].
     - sf_allow_template_caching
     - sf_template_account_name

    This change removes the remaining references to these two parameters.
