Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy a Xena release with NetApp NFS driver
2. Configure a backend with FlexGroup pool
3. Create a volume in the FlexGroup pool
4. Migrate to another NFS backend or FlexGroup pool
Expected result:
The driver should report that storage assisted migration is not supported, falling back to
host assisted one
Actual result:
The driver is trying to perform the storage assisted migration which is not supported with FlexGroup. Failing the migration
