[Storwize] rccg_name difficult for humans to parse

Bug Description
Problem: Operators would like to be able to identify the group based on the rccg_name, but this is currently difficult because the rccg_name currently contains only the first 4 and last 5 digits of the group_id.
Fix: Update rccg_name with the combination of the display_name of a group given by a user and a few characters from group id.

- Why this is a problem for Storwize. Why does Storwize need a combination of the display_name of a group given by a user and a few characters from group id?
