Pure Storage Multiattach volume disconnect error

Bug Description

Scenario:
Volume created from multiattach volume type connected to two Nova instances on the same Nova compute node.
Disconnecting the volume from one instance causes the volume to be completely disconnected from the underlying storage backend, making the volume inaccessible from the second Nova instance.
