Bug Description

Current efficiency calculations reported to the scheduler complies to previous SolidFire Element OS 9 Api Reference Guide [1]. Starting from Element OS 10 [2] and later versions [2][3], the documentation was updated improving efficiency calculations and confirming compatibility with SolidFire 8.1 and later.

These values should be fixed in order to provide better accuracy to the scheduler filters and weighers when handling SolidFire backends.
