Bug Description

U4P failover will fail when attempting to change from primary to secondary U4P instances.

During U4P failover a call is made to set_rest_credentials to replace the details of the primary U4P instance with a failover u4p instance. array_info['SerialNumber'] is expected for this however the SerialNumber key is never set when generating U4P failover targets during driver __init__.

Fix for this is to set the SerialNumber in the U4P failover targets during driver initialization.
