Bug Description

There are unnecessary error while backup restore without specified volume.

For example, an error was reported while restore a encrypted volume backup without specified volume because the encrypted volume backup could not use the default volume type.
If the database can save the the source volume type id at the time backup creating and ensure the type can not be deleted, then it can use the real type while backup restoring. It will avoid many unnecessary error.

I have submit the code 'add database field in backup table and ensure the volume type backup using will not be deleted' in https://review.opendev.org/#/c/734427/5 .We just need to add the code to get the volume type when the volume is automatically created.
