Bug Description

Description
===========
There are some typos in the Fujitsu ETERNUS driver which are 'LUName' or 'LUNAME_IN_USE'. I think it should be 'LUNName' rather than 'LUName', since 'LUNName' represents name of the LUN.

For more details, you can see an example like this:

Reason: I don't know whether the real connection is expecting to see LUNames or LUNNames.
