Unity and Kaminario: Leftover devices when check_valid_device fails on clone or create vol from snapshot

Bug Description

Both the Dell-EMC Unity and Kaminario K2 drivers will leave leftover devices on the host if the validation of the attachment fails when they are going to use "dd" to copy data.

They use dd for volume cloning and create volume from snapshot.

This is caused by the use of the base driver's "_connect_device" method by these 2 drivers, which expects the caller to clean up the volume if the validation failed.
