Bug Description
This issue may happen in Cinder when it's copying data from one disk to another, which happens in the following operations:
- Generic cinder offline migration
- Generic revert to snapshot
The problem happens when we have attached the volume and the validation of the presented device fails, as we don't detach the volume that we have connected.
It also leaves the volume mapped to the controller.
