Bug Description

Actual result: tests tempest.api.volume.admin.test_groups.GroupsTest.test_group_update and tempest.api.volume.admin.test_group_snapshots.GroupSnapshotsTest.test_delete_group_snapshots_following_updated_volumes failed if A/A HA is configured

    Use resource_backend for volumes and groups

    resource_backend should be used during groups update validation
    procedure instead of 'host' attribute because it works well
    both in clustered and single node deployments.
