Bug Description

Due to limitation: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ethernet-connection-restrictions-san-volume-controller-and-storwize-storage-systems

If deploy multiple A/A cinder volume with storwize backennds, cinder driver may report error during driver initialization.
