Bug Description

Cinder hasn't map between server and volume after creation

- Issue Description
Cannot map between server and volumes on Openstack cinder when never once iSCSI sessions or check value “next use of available LUN”

- Duplicability
1, Open DSM.
2. Create new volume.
3. Create new Linux server.
4. map to volume and server that selected default option.

- Workaround
1. change host OS to windows or ESX from Redhat Linux
2. Disable check value “next use of available LUN”

We believe the issue causing the problem has been fixed (fixed in 7.2.50 & 7.3.1).
Suggest upgrading to Storage Center to newer release – possibly 7.4.10.
May not need this fix

Reason: This would cause other issues with the driver, so definitely not the path we want to take to fix whatever is happening in this environment.
