Bug Description

1. Add a clone check to make sure their is no snapVx session.
2. Allow for bootable volumes to be added to groups when
     image_volume_cache_enabled=True.
3. Cleanup, if a volume does not exist in an storage group, then
     don't try to remove it from the storage group.
