Bug Description

There is something wrong in storwize cinder driver doc: https://docs.openstack.org/cinder/latest/configuration/block-storage/drivers/ibm-storwize-svc-driver.html
1. host_site is not supported in volume type operation
2. flashcopy_rate and cycle_period_seconds is supported in volume type operatioon
