Openstack Rocky + Stein
RBD backed storage
Cannot do an online disk extension, getting "nova.exception
Online disk extension backed by RBD is not possible on Rocky or Stein, you still have to shutdown the VM / detach / extend / attach / start VM in order for the resize to work.
