image_volume_cache_enabled , on NFS Bekened rocky

our openstack use cinder bekened with plain NFS , and I try to add
cinder_internal_tenant_project_id = cinder_project_id
cinder_internal_tenant_user_id = cinder_user_id
glance_api_version = 2
image_volume_cache_enabled = True

and it seems not affect at all , in the logs i dont see any additional message the point on create cash volume , so my questions is if cinder today on rocky openstack support nfs dirver with thie following option
image_volume_cache_enabled = True
and if yes what i need to check in order to make it work
