Unable to reset volume status to 'reserved'

The os-reset_status API validation is based on the this request schema validation:

And that list doesn't include 'reserved', but clearly it's a valid volume status:

There are likely other volume statuses missing from that enum list.

    Adding missing Volume states to VolumeStatus enum

    Some of the valid volume states are missing
    from the VolumeStatus enum.
    This patch adds these states.
