[XtremIO] backend's free gb capacity is incorrectly reported

Bug Description

``free_capacity_gb`` is wrongly reported in the XtremIO driver that ``max_over_subscription_ratio`` are being considered when updating backend status. See code [1]

    [XtremIO] Remove provisioning factor when reporting

    'free_capacity_gb' is incorrectly reported cause the real
    size has been multiplied by max_over_subscription_ratio
