QNAP Cinder driver: driver fails to detach while uploading volume to image

Bug Description

Step to reproduce :
1. Create a volume with QNAP driver

2. Upload the created volume to image

Actual result : The image is created successfully but the iscsi device is still attached.

Expect result : The image is created successfully and the iscsi device is detached.

    QNAP: driver fails to detach while uploading volume to image

    After upload volume to image, driver fails to detach iscsi
    device. We fixed the passed parameters in detach function.
