Bug Description
If you happen to setup your cinder.conf with incorrect access settings for SolidFire you don't get much of a hint other than "json decode error". Tribal knowledge is fine, but would be nice to give the admins a bit more info and at least drop some hints.
We should add a check for the decode error and try to point folks in the right direction.
