Bug Description

https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/block-storage/v3/index.html#unset-keys-in-a-qos-specification

describes "keys" as "List of Keys. For example, CryptsetupEncryptor, LuksEncryptor or NoOpEncryptor."

This text is related to volume encryption and doesn't make sense here.
