Configure an NFS storage back end in Cinder

Bug Description

I think that you missed the part of mounting the NFS server, because then you'll get errors in /var/cinder/cinder-volume.log attempting that the server is not found.
Just clearing out this i thing is enogh.

Hi, thanks for answering. I just attempted to say that in the guide it was
missing the fact that you need to install nfs-common in the nodes.
Perhaps that it just seemed too obvious, but for somebody who's new in
openstack it could represent a stuck.
