Bug Description

Huawei FusionStorage drivers have some incorrect reports:

- allocated_capacity_gb should not be reported. This value is reported by Cinder core.
- free_capacity_gb should be the real free space left on the storage, not total_capacity_gb - allocated_capacity_gb
