cinder cg-snapshot stuck in deleting Status

Description of problem: Deletion of consistency group snapshot is stuck in Deleting Status in Storage Backend

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHOS 10

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
Empty consistency group creation
- cinder consisgroup-create --name consisgroup-test

2.
Add two volumes to the newly created consistency group
- cinder consisgroup-update --add-volumes <uuid1,uuid2> consisgroup-test

3.
Consistency group snapshot creation
- cinder cgsnapshot-create --name CG-test-snap consisgroup-test

4.

Trying to delete the cg snapshot
- cinder cgsnapshot-delete CG-test-snap
the cg snapshot is in deleting state.

Actual results:
cgsnapshot is stuck in deleting State

Expected results:
cgsnapshot should be deleted

Cu. is using following Storage

Please attach the cinder logs. The backend driver is likely hitting an error that is not causing the status to go to error.
