VMs booted from 3par volume are not able to start after live-migration and reboot of compute node

Bug Description
The VMs are not able start with the following test scenario.
1. create VM-1 in compute-1
2. create VM-2 in compute-2
3. Live-migrate VM-1 to compute-3
4. Live-migrate VM-2 to compute-3
5. Stop VM-1 and VM-2
6. Reboot the compute-3 node
7. After compute-3 comes available, try to start VM-1 and VM-2
VMs are not able to start with an error of FAILED ISCSI Login in nova-compute.log of compute-3.
NOTE: VM-1 and VM-2 are booted from 3par volumes
