Bug Description
For a force delete operation for a consistency group, if the backed object (fileset) doesn't exist, the operation fails for mmunlinkfileset command and the consistency group is not deleted.
Driver should check for the existence of the fileset before unlinking and deleteing the fileset in the delete operation.
