Bug Description
When the unity driver is asked to terminate the connection of the last volume from a given host for the unity driver, the extra LUNZ lun that unity maps to the host is left mapped to the host. This prevents the host entry from being deleted and for FC the zones for the host to unity are not removed.
This is a problem to leave these dangling resources out in the unity and SAN for HOSTs or NPIV VMs that are being decommissioned.
