CoprHD driver needs to add CG capability to Groups

Bug Description

Cinder team has decided that drivers already supporting consistency groups should submit a patch to add that support to generic volume groups by Pike-1. See mailing list posting below:

I have not seen a patch for the CoprHD driver yet. Please submit a patch as soon as possible and try to get it merged in Pike. Thanks.

    Added CG capability to volume group in CoprHD

    CoprHD has been supporting consistency group starting from kilo release.
    This code change makes sure that cg support is added for generic
    volume groups for PIKE. Volume group maps to consistency group in
    CoprHD when the consistency group snapshot flag is enabled for the
    generic volume group.
