Bug Description

When retyping volume,after blockRebase,instance's xml will write down the destinaion volume as follows:

      <source protocol='rbd' name='volumes_ljt/volume-357f966d-fa88-46c9-aeff-603cd9ca29ab'>

So if we rename the destinaion volume in rbd.The instance will not find the disk .

I think we should abolish it like lvm driver.
