Bug Description
The asyncTask structure sometimes returns incomplete. This will cause a failure on a REST call that might have succeeded.

Dell SC: AsyncTask could return incomplete
If the asyncTask is bogus we log the whole structure.
If no url is included as a return value we attempt to
create it.
