Dell SC: HighAvailability cannot be set in Async repl

Bug Description

If replication is set to async the Dell SC driver still tries to set the Mode to HighAvailability.

    Dell SC: Do not set High Availability in async mode.

    The Dell SC driver was setting replication SyncMode to HighAvailability
    even if the replication type was Asynchronous. This is not supported
    on the platform.
