Bug Description
Numerous tests related to lvm driver are using mox. The projects are moving towards using mock instead because mox is unreliable and not compatible with py3.

Replace use of mox with mock in test_lvm_driver
This patch replaces the remaining cases of mox with mock in test_lvm_driver.py
