Need to update query_volume_filters option in section_volume-misc.html with bootable as default values

Need to add bootable option in default values against #query_volume_filters in http://docs.openstack.org/liberty/config-reference/content/section_volume-misc.html

This fix is required for code changed under bug #1524450:

During "Launch Instance" operations from Horizon, if non-admin user selects volume as source for launching instance, drop down list for volumes will also show non-bootable volumes.
It is wrong behaviour.

To fix this, 'bootable volume' search filter must be enabled so that only bootable volumes get displayed in drop down list of volume.

In the commit message of the patch there is a DocImpact and so a bug was created by Openstack Infra i.e https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1536845. So we can make this duplicate. and make any changes for the bug:1536845
