Bug Description

The operation for creating a new volume type (POST /v2/​{tenant_id}​/types) does not document the input parameters to send in the HTTP request.

I am taking this bug ahead since there is no activity seen on this bug since long..
Also I am in process of cleaning whole API ref in this week so this will be easy to target during this.

I think this was addressed by the recent in-tree api-ref work.
