testtools.matchers._impl.MismatchError: 0 != * running test_create_delete_snapshot

Now that we have concurrency turned on in Cinder and are using ostestr we randomly see a failure in unit tests running test_create_delete_snapshot:

This only shows up on patch set 1 of change 192275 which is only in the check queue, and it appears to drop off after 6/17 when patch set 2 was pushed up.

Let's see if this is "gone" or not. Based on the fact that I encountered it while creating the patch and that patchset-2 of the change Matt references had no change between versions (it was a rebase) indicates to me that that change set had nothing to do with this.
It could be however that one of the parents that merged or "something else" in the rebase fixed it.

I am fully aware that ER's aren't submitted for a single issue; please note the change in the patchset you reference is a rebase, so perhaps something else that merged addressed it.. perhaps not.

Also note that when I wrote the patch to turn on the parallelism I ran into this error... made a number of changes to unit tests and rechecked a few times in gate and locally and didn't see the issue. Then after merging it showed up again in the patch you found.

Leading me to believe that it's possible that there is an intermittent issue and thus IMHO warranting a ERQ sooner rather than later.
