Scality SOFS driver: enhance how the remoteFS mount is detected

Bug Description

The Scality SOFS driver relies on a special "sys" directory being present at the root of the mount point, to detect that the mount point is active/working. This is suboptimal because a directory named "sys" could be there already but not related to the SOFS filesystem.

We should read the /proc/mounts file to look for a filesystem that looks like a Scality SOFS filesystem.
