Bug Description

cinder.tests.test_volume.VolumeTestCase.test_detach_invalid_attachment_id fails intermittently because it's relying on a fake that isn't explicitly set up.

Failure happens occasionally and looks like this:
http://logs.openstack.org/77/175077/2/check/gate-cinder-python27/bf872b6/console.html

Should have a dedicated mock of db.volume_get that returns the fake volume in the test.

This actually was introduced by the work I was doing on logging, that introduced a db.get call.
