Exception message in volume api non-informative

While reading cinder logs some exception message non-informative,
and they don't give the actual reason of problem.

For example:
'Volume status must be available' - nice to know current volume status;

'Invalid volume_type provided: %s (requested type must match source volume, or be omitted). You should omit the argument.' - confusing message(should omit?)

Also some typo and so on.

Can we please get some more details, such as an example, for this please. The report does not contain enough information to be useful as it is.

    When reading logs, some exception message isn't informative
    and has some typo, this patch change message in volume api.
